Greasing the gears for resilient food systems
Square Shoots means good governance, no-fuss compliance and trusted integrity systems
How does it work?
Organisations in the food and ag sector face a number of opportunities and challenges that arise from compliance, governance, policy and systems.
The Square Shoots approach considers how globally appropriate governance and risk management models can help the sector exploit the opportunities and address the challenges.
Established in 2026, the Square Shoots model uses the foundations of systems thinking and combines principles of governance and risk derived from commercial contracting, supply chain assurance and consumer trust.
Local Systems, Global Applications
Resilient food and agriculture is increasingly a feature of local systems, markets, policies and communities.
Notwithstanding this, growers and consumers remain subject to international contexts and national regulations.
Square Shoots understands and supports this by:
- being applicable to both local and international supply chains
- building internal compliance and governance as an asset
- understanding the importance of transparency for regulators and consumers
- collaborating with networks across the globe.
